My suprise! a brand-new Nutrimill wheat grinder!
100% whole wheat cinnamon rolls, waiting for the oven...
Fresh bread! also 100% freshly ground wheat...So good!
I love, love, LOVE it! The mill, that is! I came home from town this afternoon at 3 pm, and here was this huge box in my entry room...what??? I asked Cliff if he hadn't bought me something? He said no. I couldn't believe my eyes, when the box was opened! A new Nutrimill for ME?!?!?! I have wanted a grain mill for 6-7 years... but to have one given to me? this is so humbling. I asked Cliff what in the world I was gonna do with the giver, and he said, very matter-of-factly, as always, "well, you could thank her." I know - but that's just not enough, somehow.... But seeing as I have no option...

Birthday flowers from my sweetheart...
Flowers from my mom - in remembrance of Andy's birthday on the 6th ...made my day!
Andy would be 4, but I will always think of him as he was - 2 years old, and lovin' life! Sweet kid...how I miss you, the tears still fall, my heart still aches, and it doesn't seem right that when I go your crib-it's not you grinning out at me. It's your little sister - she is so darling, but she has her own place in my heart and in this family - she will never replace yours, nor even make the ache less. When you run to Jesus, tell Him that I want to come home, too. I miss you, and I want our family to be 'right' again....I love you, Andy.
